Ragay Tourism Council Conducts Public Consciousness and Awareness Program at Ogtoc Island

Ragay Tourism Council headed by Mayor Thaddy A. Ramos, conducted a 1-day public advocacy campaign “OGTOC: Advocacy Campaign for the Protection and Conservation of Marine Biodiversity and its Fish Sanctuary and Civic Awareness on the Importance of its Coastal Resources Management to the Tourism Industry of Ragay” last February 08,2020.

This campaign aims to foster civic awareness and understanding on the fragility of Ogtoc Island due to various human activities and the significance of its protection, conservation to the development of eco- tourism industry in Ragay.
