Early this morning, the CARITAS MANILA in cooperation with the Local Government Unit of Ragay headed by Mayor Thaddy A. Ramos, conducted an ORIENTATION OF BENEFICIARIES for Tropical Storms ROLLY & ULYSSES Housing Rehabilitation Project.
This project is of big help to our fellow Ragayanos who have lost their homes due to the devastations brought about by the recent typhoons.
